Using Once
We grant you the right to use Once for its personal, family purpose: reading and sharing stories with your family members. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
Accounts and families
A parent creates the family and invites grandparents and children into it. You are responsible for activity within your family and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Content and licenses
Stories and their materials remain owned by their creators and publishers. Your subscription grants you the right to access and read content inside the app, not to redistribute it outside the platform.
Payments and subscriptions
Prices are shown clearly before purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and you can manage your subscription from settings.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload infringing or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but we may perform updates or maintenance. We may update these terms when needed and will let you know of material changes.
